Qualificações

• Culinary degree and leadership experience are required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Hospitality mindset and a sense of urgency are expected.
• Completion of SORM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervises Partners and oversees culinary activities.
• Trains staff, schedules, and coordinates operations across the kitchen.
• Manages menu planning, food quality, and portion control.
• Ensures food safety, sanitation, and sanitation standards are met.
