Our client, a respected law firm specializing in legal recoveries and creditors' rights, is seeking an Attorney to join its growing team in DFW. For more than two decades, the firm has represented financial institutions and creditors across multiple states, earning a reputation for delivering effective legal solutions and exceptional client service.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys litigation, courtroom advocacy, and case resolution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances throughout your assigned territory (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
Qualifications
  • Active law license in the State of Texas.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation practices and courtroom procedures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
