Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Attorney for a respected law firm in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, focusing on legal recoveries and creditors' rights. The role emphasizes litigation, courtroom advocacy, and resolving cases quickly within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

The successful candidate will handle litigation from inception to resolution, draft and file pleadings, negotiate settlements, and appear at hearings across the territory with travel reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license required.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and move matters toward efficient resolution.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances across your territory (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to advance cases.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
