Job summary

Midtown Law Firm in Dallas, TX is seeking an attorney to assist with creditor litigation representing financial institution clients in legal proceedings, drafting pleadings, advising on matters, and handling settlements.

The ideal candidate is admitted to the Texas State Bar (preferred), with solid knowledge of Texas civil litigation rules, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. This is a full-time, in-person role in Dallas.

Qualifications
