American Facility Services seeks an Area Custodial Project Manager in Austin, TX to support daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and strengthen client relationships. The role may travel statewide to provide onsite operational support and assist with pre-bid activities.

You will manage multiple custodial contracts, conduct site inspections, recruit and coach staff, and work with clients to retain and grow accounts across Texas. Evening or weekend hours may be required.

Area Custodial Project ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (may provide support state-wide)Company: American Facility ServicesCompensation: $50,000 to $60,000 salary + Auto AllowanceAdditional Compensation: Commissions and Bonus EligiblePosition SummaryDue to continued company growth, American Facility Services is seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Area Custodial Project Manager to support daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and strengthen client relationships. While Austin, TX is the primary reporting location, this position supports accounts and business development efforts throughout Texas. The Area Custodial Project Manager may be required to travel statewide to provide onsite operational support, conduct inspections, attend pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs, support employee coaching and counseling, address client needs, and assist with other operational initiatives as needed.
