Green Coyote Cantina in East Cobb, Marietta, GA is hiring an Experienced Line Cook to join our Back-of-House team. The role focuses on preparing Tex-Mex dishes to established standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen.
• Tex-Mex culinary experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, build sheets, and presentation standards.
• Work multiple stations.
• Ensure every plate meets company standards for quality, consistency, appearance, and portioning.
• Execute proper line setup, stocking, and station organization before every shift.
• Maintain ticket times while producing high-quality food during busy service periods.
• Complete line checks, temperature logs, and station checklists as required.
• Follow all Health Department regulations, SERV Safe guidelines, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products.
• Assist with prep production and daily kitchen responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation throughout every shift.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leaders, fellow cooks, and Front of House team members.
• Support opening, running, and closing kitchen responsibilities.
• Assist wherever needed to support the success of the Back of House team.
