Green Coyote Cantina is hiring an Experienced Line Cook for our Avondale Estates location in Georgia. We are opening a new Back-of-House team to uphold our Tex-Mex standards, using fresh ingredients and consistent presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen.
• Tex-Mex culinary experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, build sheets, and presentation standards.
• Work multiple stations
• Ensure every plate meets company standards for quality, consistency, appearance, and portioning
• Execute proper line setup, stocking, and station organization before every shift
• Maintain ticket times while producing high-quality food during busy service periods
• Complete line checks, temperature logs, and station checklists as required
• Follow all Health Department regulations, SERV Safe guidelines, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store all food products
• Assist with prep production and daily kitchen responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workstation throughout every shift
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leaders, fellow cooks, and Front of House team members
• Support opening, running, and closing kitchen responsibilities
• Assist wherever needed to support the success of the Back of House team
