Job description
Setup and run semiconductor automated testing equipment.
Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
Work closely with Marvell Test, Product and Equipment teams to ensure setups are properly completed.
Troubleshoot setup issues and if needed the ability to properly communicate with other support personnel to resolve the issue.
Meet test priority and on-time goals.
Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
Be proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
Calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine tester issues.

Qualifications
