Job summary

Acuren in Magnolia, TX seeks a Test Technician III to support engineering teams in testing, maintenance, and operation of mechanical equipment. You will assist in design, development, and verification activities under supervision, inspecting functions and monitoring test procedures.

The role requires detail orientation, good communication, and the ability to work in a lab/shop environment with occasional long hours, lifting, and travel. Training for forklift may be provided.

• Lab/Shop and partial office environment with continuous and repeated standing
• Physical effort required with exposure to 5-7 elements/conditions, moderate mental effort
• Lifting/carrying by weight (pounds) and frequency/duration in which action is required.
• Endurance such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing, or driving, and frequency/duration in which action is required.
• Self-starter, able to work independently on tasks with a focus on safety
• Other work duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Acuren is currently seeking Test Technician III to support our operation in Magnolia, TX.

Under direction of engineering staff or physical scientists assists in all phases of the design, development, production, testing, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, tools, and industrial machinery in the area of specialization (Design, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering). Inspects product functions and monitors test procedures and equipment.
