Job summary

Perform electrical continuity, HI Pot, automated, and manual testing on rail vehicle subassemblies
Connect/disconnect test equipment and vehicle systems while following schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures
Operate diagnostic software and specialized test equipment, including NETS
Document test results, communicate findings, and partner with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
Follow company and industry safety standards while accessing roof and underframe areas using required PPE

What your day-to-day will look like:

Perform electrical continuity, HI Pot, automated, and manual testing on rail vehicle subassemblies

To thrive in this role, you have:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or a related technical field
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Familiarity with multimeters, high-voltage systems, automated test systems, and data logging
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or with a team

Candidates should be willing to work in non-climate-controlled environments and inclement weather if required or if applicable.

The pay range for this position is $45,186.00 - $53,142.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
