Job summary

States Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Testing Manager to lead and develop the testing organization for low and medium voltage electrical switchgear. The candidate will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and effectively communicate testing performance to senior leadership.

The ideal applicant has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of experience. The role includes mentoring staff and developing testing strategies to support production and quality management.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in electrical power systems, testing, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong working knowledge of low and medium voltage switchgear.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
