Position Summary

TheTesting Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end administration, documentation, and operational navigation of our assessment platforms. This role ensures a seamless, secure, and compliant testing environment by managing everything from initial student rostering and logistical planning to real-time session monitoring and post-test compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform & Data Management: Handle student rostering, update testing accommodations/attributes, and maintain expert-level navigation of the digital testing platform.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee the organization, room assignments, proctor grouping, and comprehensive scheduling for all testing windows.
• Test Administration: Manage physical and digital test materials (including printing testing tickets when applicable) and coordinate/facilitate all makeup testing sessions.
• Monitoring & Progress Tracking: Actively monitor active testing sessions, track student progress, and troubleshoot real-time operational issues.
• Compliance & Security: Stay strictly up to date on all institutional, state, or federal testing requirements and strict security protocols to ensure testing integrity.
• Professional Development: Attend required training and professional development sessions to maintain mastery of evolving assessment platforms and regulations.
