About the Team: The Testing Services team seeks to support the mission of BJU Press by helping home school families and schools maintain compliance with state regulations by providing objective measurements of academic achievement to inform educators of student growth through standardized testing.
Role Summary: Assist by offering first-line assistance to customer questions and issues via email and phone. Additionally, the employee will provide communication within the department as well as assistance with catalog and website writing and editing. They will also assist with training and instructional elements of departmental and inter-departmental needs in relation to all areas of BJU Press Testing Services.
