Job summary

My3tech is seeking a Tester/QA Analyst to join our validation team in Pierre or Sioux Falls, South Dakota. You will execute end-to-end testing for the PACT Case Management Tool, including functional, integration, regression and data tests.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of QA experience, with web app and API testing, SQL data validation, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Healthcare or public-sector experience and FHIR testing are a plus.

• Log and document defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.

• Support SIT and UAT.

Role Summary

The Tester/QA Analyst will execute end-to-end functional, integration, regression, interface, data, and UAT-support testing for the PACT Case Management Tool.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed test cases from requirements and user stories.

Execute functional and regression testing.

Test case-management workflows, care plans, referrals, alerts, reporting, user roles, and access controls.

Test APIs, interfaces, batch processing, file exchanges, and data flows.

Validate converted/migrated data and reconciliation results.

Test browser, responsive/mobile, low-bandwidth, and applicable accessibility behavior.

Log and document defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.

Retest defects and execute regression suites.

Support SIT and UAT.

Maintain requirement-to-test traceability.

Support production-readiness and post-go-live validation.

Preferred Recruiting Profile

4+ years of QA/testing experience.

Experience with web applications and API testing.
