Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA professional to own manual and functional QA across the product suite, designing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring features meet acceptance criteria before release.

You will work closely with an Agile delivery team including developers, product, and design to ensure quality from planning through production. The role involves cross-browser and cross-device testing, UI/UX validation, API testing, accessibility checks, and active

Responsibilities

• Own manual and functional quality assurance across the product suite, designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards before release.
• Works within an Agile delivery team alongside developers, product, and design.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define test scope and coverage.
• Author, maintain, and prioritize test cases, test scenarios, and test suites.
• Design positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case scenarios.
• Execute functional, smoke, sanity, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device/responsive testing.
• Conduct UI/UX and end-to-end user-flow validation.
• Carry out API testing and backend/data validation (e.g., Postman).
• Perform accessibility testing against WCAG 2.x / Section 508 / ADA standards.
• Identify, document, and log defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and priority.
• Track defects through their lifecycle to resolution; perform retesting and confirmation testing.
• Communicate quality status, risks, and blockers to the team.
• Participate in release readiness, UAT support, and post-deployment smoke/sanity validation.
• Perform impact and regression analysis for new features, dependency/version upgrades, and incidents.
• Understand, triage, and prioritize user-reported production defects based on severity, customer impact, reproducibility, and business urgency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
• Partner with developers and product to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.
• Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
