Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing:
   • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
   • Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.
   • Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
   • Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
   • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality assurance.
2. Performance Testing:
   • Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
   • Analyze application performance metrics and identify bottlenecks or areas for optimization.
   • Work with development teams to optimize queries, code, and infrastructure for better performance.
   • Generate detailed performance test reports and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency.
3. Test Automation & Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive test cases for efficiency.
   • Contribute to the development of test frameworks and automation scripts when required.
   • Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and trends to enhance test strategies.
