Primary Duties

• Utilize testing hardware to confirm that MCP components align with designated visual and electrical benchmarks.
• Construct and dismantle testing apparatuses following specific production guidelines and work instructions.
• Ensure test fixtures remain in top working condition through regular cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs.
• Identify potential defects or quality issues to help maintain the high standards of our final products.
• Document all inspection findings and test results to ensure accurate production reporting.
• Input essential data into our digital tracking systems and internal databases.
• Safely manage delicate and high-precision parts to minimize the risk of contamination or physical damage.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to help foster a secure and compliant workplace for everyone.
• Keep your workstation tidy and organized to support a safe and efficient environment.
• Assist the team with inventory management and cycle counting tasks as necessary.
• Support the team by actively participating in our ISO 9001-based Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure clear communication regarding process updates or test outcomes.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations.

Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Foundational knowledge regarding electrical testing tools and measurement techniques.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or relevant technical training is a plus.
• Background in electronics manufacturing, cleanroom work, inspection, or quality control is highly valued.
• Basic computer literacy, specifically regarding data entry and record keeping.
• Capability to interpret and apply written work instructions and quality standards.
• A consistent approach to performing repetitive tasks with high precision.
• A sharp eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to the team.
• Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
