Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division, is seeking a capable engineer to join CapDev. You will validate requirements, read technical docs, and coordinate verification with the PM, Tech Lead, and vendors, designing tests for flexible configurations across systems.

The role is based at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, with up to 25% travel. A Secret clearance is required to start; TS/SCI w/ ECL may be pursued for higher responsibilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of engineering experience including EW testing and system integration.
• Proficient technical writing and strong verbal communication.
• Secret clearance required to start; TS/SCI w/ enhancements may be needed.
• Hands-on EW test experience and ability to work with DoD programs.

Responsabilidades

• Review engineering design documents for acceptance criteria.
• Author technical reports and provide recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support technical meetings and provide feedback on verification testing methods.
• Write and participate in verification and qualification tests of large systems.
• Maintain and document functionality for future software and firmware updates.
• Collaborate with CapDev partners and PM/Technical Lead.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
