Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Development, and Program Offices.
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including factory test procedures, workflow/routing, labor standards, tooling, and fixture designs.
- Collaborate with Test Development engineering on new or existing test hardware and software.
- Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporate engineering changes into the MDP, provide technical support for testing of production hardware, and maintain test equipment.
- Disposition non-conforming material with root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, and lower direct and indirect costs using CORE principles and data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of RF, RF circuits, components, and technical parameters.
- Experience with RF test equipment such as Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers.
- Experience with test software suites such as TestStand and LabView.
- Familiarity with PFGAs, digital circuits, and analog circuits.
- Active U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
