Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2–3 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and identify components; strong troubleshooting skills; safe lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Train Test Employees and document requirement documents.
• Set up and perform tests requested by product engineers.
• Assist with assembly of prototype units.
• Organize and maintain a safe, clean, productive lab space.
• Perform product tear downs and technical analysis down to the PCB level.
• Report findings in an organized manner.
