They are responsible for developing and optimizing testing protocols and often interface with customers and suppliers to address technical concerns. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.**Responsibilities:*** Lead advanced testing processes.* Develop and optimize testing protocols.* Interface with customers and suppliers for technical issues.* Provide mentorship to junior and intermediate technicians.* Collaborate with engineering to enhance product quality.* Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions.* Oversee the implementation of new testing methodologies.* Review and update test plans and procedures as needed.* Assist in training and onboarding new technicians.* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Associate's degree in a related field of study.* 3+ years' experience as a technician or in a related field.* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.
