Job summary

Ultra Maritime in Indiana (Columbia City) seeks a technically skilled professional to provide engineering support, conduct complex product testing, and document results. This weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The role may guide junior staff, ensure timely project completion, and uphold safety and quality standards in a climate‑controlled, well‑lit environment with ample PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and health benefits.

Qualifications

Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years of related experience. Associate Degree (or equivalent) preferred.
