Job summary

Ultra Maritime is seeking a quality analyst to follow control plans, audit processes, and implement corrective actions for non-conformance. You will compile data analyses, drive reports, and support improvements in quality inspections.

The role involves designing monitoring plans with MSA/GR&R and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and root-cause resolution. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years of related experience.
  • Experience compiling data analyses and reports to support quality audits and inspections improvements.
  • Knowledge of measurement systems analysis (MSA) and gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R).

Job Description


Compiles Data Analysis, reports and recommends quality audits and inspections improvements. Designs the Quality Monitoring Control Plan, including the measurement system analysis (MSA), gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R's), and gauge. Works with cross-functional team members and outside experts as required to coordinate the analysis of data review and analysis in support of final root cause and corrective action determination.


Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience.


May be required to maintain security clearance
