Job summary

Flex is seeking a Test Technician 2 in Henrico, VA, to support testing and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Equipment. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will work with senior technicians to maintain and improve test processes and equipment.

The role requires an associate’s degree and 2–4 years of practical testing experience, with strong knowledge of low voltage and 3‑phase distribution systems, plus safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with 2–4 years testing Low Voltage or 3‑Phase distribution systems.
• Military technical training or equivalent experience welcomed.
• Demonstrated understanding of testing methods and ability to analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform all test processes within the area of responsibility.
• Review job specs to reflect process requirements and test techniques.
• Ensure test processes meet safety specifications.
