Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business in Beverly, MA is seeking an RF Test Technician II to support the Patriot Program. You will test, troubleshoot, and validate RF and electronic assemblies used in defense and communications systems.

This hands-on role requires 2–3 years of RF test experience, microscope use, and strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Candidates must be eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience using Network Analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMVs, Spectrum Analyzers and other RF test equipment.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Solder training; J-STD preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance.

Your Day To Day

We are seeking a skilled and driven RF Test Technician II to support our growing Patriot Program. This role is ideal for technicians who have established foundational RF experience and are ready to expand their technical capabilities in a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing and test environment. As an RF Test Technician II, you will play a key role in the testing, troubleshooting and validation of complex radio‑frequency (RF) and electronic assemblies that support advanced defense, aerospace, and communication systems. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure products meet stringent performance requirements and customer specifications.

You Will Be Accountable For

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE

• Experience using a microscope
• Solder Training, J-STD preferred
• 2-3 years experience using Network Analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMV’s, Spectrum Analyzers and other RF test equipment
• Strong communication skills, good manual dexterity and ability to use a microscope
• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour
