Job summary

CPI Electron Device Business (EDB) is seeking an RF Test Technician II to support the Patriot program in our Beverly, MA facility. You will test, troubleshoot and validate complex RF and electronic assemblies used in defense and aerospace systems, working with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure performance meets stringent specs.

The role requires strong RF test skills, instrumentation experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Solder Training, J-STD preferred.
• Ability to use Network Analysers, oscilloscopes, DMVs, Spectrum Analyzers and other RF test equipment.
• Strong communication skills, good manual dexterity and ability to use a microscope.
• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance.

YOUR DAY TO DAY :

We are seeking a skilled and driven RF Test Technician II to support our growing Patriot Program. This role is ideal for technicians who have established foundational RF experience and are ready to expand their technical capabilities in a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing and test environment. As an RF Test Technician II, you will play a key role in the testing, troubleshooting and validation of complex radio‑frequency (RF) and electronic assemblies that support advanced defense, aerospace, and communication systems. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure products meet stringent performance requirements and customer specifications.

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR :

• T esting, troubleshooting and validation of complex radio‑frequency (RF) and electronic assemblies
• W ork closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE :

Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour
