Job summary

Doble Engineering Company in Marlborough, MA is seeking a TEMP Test Technician II to provide technical service to customers worldwide, performing testing, calibration and repair of Doble test equipment. This role is based in Marlborough, MA and reports to the Sr. Manager, Operations.

The position requires a proactive, organized technician with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Electronic Technician Certificate.
• Experience with electronic test equipment, oscilloscope, DVM, frequency counters.
• Ability to communicate status and issues to customers and teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Test/calibrate new production Doble test equipment.
• Calibrate, upgrade, test and repair both customer-owned and Doble-leased test equipment.
• Record all test data and failure information in the production database.
• Assist customers with technical telephone support including remote troubleshooting.
• Provide in-house repair, test, hardware and software upgrades, and calibration services.
