Job summary

Jabil is seeking a skilled technician to build, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment for a dedicated workcell. You will operate production test equipment, calibrate and diagnose circuit boards, and enter data into the tracking system.

You will train junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of test yields and processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and the ability to interpret schematic guides to ensure board

Qualifications

• Experience with test equipment calibration and repair.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnostic guides.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to train and assist junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Operates production test equipment and monitors calibration.
• Diagnoses and repairs failed circuit boards using diagnostic tools.
• Enters information into a computerized tracking system.
• Gathers, interprets and reports failure data.
• Trains lower level technicians and assists with improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement on test yields and WIP.
