Job description

JOB SUMMARY

This role involves supporting test engineering activities, including developing and commissioning test solutions, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Test Engineer in developing and commissioning test solutions, including executing test qualification of fixtures and programs according to system qualification processes.
2. Provide deliverables to support production, collaborating with Test Support and Manufacturing Operations.
3. Assist in building and manufacturing testers, fixtures, and environmental tooling to meet customer expectations.
4. Interface with Test Support, providing documentation and training for test solutions.
5. Coordinate with Manufacturing to provide documentation and training for test operations.
6. Monitor and contribute to improving test yields, efficiency, and uptime, providing reports and improvement targets.
7. Work with Test Support to upgrade test processes, balancing cost and coverage for optimal efficiency.
8. Coordinate test readiness with manufacturing and test support based on weekly production schedules.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
