RTX is seeking a detail-oriented technician to operate production equipment and assemble aerospace components on the night shift at our Wilson, NC facility. You will follow schematics, read blueprints, and work with engineers to troubleshoot and refine tests while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Qualified candidates typically hold a HS diploma or GED, with electronics experience and a strong ability to interpret diagrams.

Operates production equipment, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of commercial aerospace components. Follows blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish work. Responsible for test acceptance processes in the manufacture of Collins products. This includes responsibility for specific process or environmental areas.
This is a 3rd shift position with the following hours: Sunday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am (Weekend overtime may be required)
