Job description

Test cable assemblies, connectors and adaptors per customer specifications and Huber+Suhner Astrolab engineering drawings to assure product meets requirements
Set-up, including calibration recall, and operate various VNA test equipment
Use Windows Office and Adobe Acrobat or other software to create test reports
Responsible for ensuring proper testing procedures and efficient methodologies are implemented to meet customers’ quality and delivery requirements
Report defective materials to Quality Department
All other relevant duties as assigned

Talent Profile

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Skills/Knowledge: Effective and clear communication: written and oral Basic Windows OS Intermediate level with MS Office Ability to efficiently use common hand tools: Tweezers, open-end wrench and torque wrench
Personal Qualifications: Ability to handle change effectively Customer focus and an ability to deal with customers and peers with tact and diplomacy Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds; ability to exercise cultural awareness and sensitivity
Physical/Mental Abilities: Must have the physical and mental abilities needed to perform all essential tasks listed; reasonable accommodations may be made to help the job holder perform essential tasks Must be able to work and respond well under sometimes stressful and demanding work conditions

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the pay range for this role in New Jersey is $22.60 - $27.12 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
