RTX is seeking a Test Technician to conduct functional and performance testing of electronic and mechanical systems. You will troubleshoot failures, document procedures, and work with engineering to improve test methods in a 1st shift, onsite role.

Requires HS Diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years in testing; citizenship is required. You will maintain test equipment, generate status reports, and ensure safety and quality compliance as part of a broader engineering team.

The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a testing environment

• Experience with testing equipment and software.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.

• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Experience in troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment and technical procedures

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
