Actalent is seeking a Test Technician to support production in a fast-growing West Palm Beach manufacturing environment. You will perform electrical test operations defined by engineering documentation, work with Quality and Production teams to identify issues, and document results.
Responsibilities include testing for VSWR, insertion loss, phase, time delay, and calibration of network analyzers. You will create data sheets, manage test data, and support cable harness assembly as needed.

The Test Technician works in an open lab environment, spending most of the day seated at an analyzer station performing tests and calibrations. The role is on second shift, typically from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The environment is production-oriented, with close collaboration between testing, quality, and manufacturing functions. Lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, and related diagnostic tools are used regularly, and work involves handling electro-mechanical hardware and cable harnesses in a structured, process-driven setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
