Job Overview:
The Test Technician should possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Basic Setup of pumps with supervision. Understand Basic operation of pump.
• Distinguish between compressor and vacuum
• Ability to read & interpret Engineering Records and test properly.
• Basic Mechanical Seal Knowledge, - Setup Seal for testing. Draining and Preservation. Electrical Safety & Laser Alignment
• Performs set ups of large Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump components and operations of large Vertical & Horizontal Lathes used to repair and overhaul Large Liquid Rind Vacuum Pumps & Compressors.
• Able to read Rulers, Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Dial Indicators & other precision measuring & test equipment as required.

Requirements:
• At least 2+ (two) or more years of assembly experience.
• At least 2+ (two) or more years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability too safety lift 25-30lbs routinely.
• Ability to effectively and safely use a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to depth gauges, bore gauges, height gauges, feeler gauges, micrometers, calipers, deburring tools, die grinders, drill presses, and overhead lifting equipment.

Core Competencies:
• Ability to use various power (Pneumatic) hand tools (i.e.; power screwdriver, socket etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality assembly work, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Knowledge of assembling and/or repairing Blower, Compressor, Exhauster experience preferred.

Preferences:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Overhead crane, lift truck, machining or welding experience is a plus.
• Automotive / mechanic experience nice to have.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
• This position will be based 100% onsite at our St. Peters, Missouri facility
