Ideal applicants should have an associate’s degree in Mechatronics or equivalent experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or software issues. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting.
• Experience testing or troubleshooting equipment.
• Basic PC and Windows experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure dimensions.
• Familiarity with hand tools (torque drivers, gauges, etc.).
• Basic PC and Windows experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test instruments on the production floor.
• Perform functional and release testing on moderately complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, or software issues.

• Improve system performance using test results (movement, lighting, accuracy)
• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards
• Identify defects and suggest process improvements
• Train and support team members as needed
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform material handling for parts and sub-assemblies
• Be flexible to work overtime when required

What You’ll Do
