Aerotek is seeking a Test Technician in Long Beach, CA to build and maintain test stand ground support equipment, and to install and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, gas, and pressure systems. This contract-to-hire role offers hands-on mechanical work with tools and troubleshooting in a collaborative, onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of mechanical experience, with proficiency in valves, tubing, fittings, and regulators, and readiness to perform maintenance and fabrication

Job Title: Test Technician ($47/hour)

Job Description

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for building and maintaining test stand ground support equipment and related mechanical systems. You will install and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, gas, and pressure systems while performing mechanical assembly, fabrication, equipment modifications, and maintenance activities. Your role will involve utilizing hand tools, power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting skills to support testing operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $47.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
