Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Environmental Test Technician to perform aerospace environmental testing including static load, thermal vacuum, vibration, and related inspections.

Responsibilities include documenting results, assisting with root-cause investigations, using torque wrenches, load cells, calipers, multimeters, and writing work instructions; requires 2+ years in aerospace or engineering and cleanroom experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace or engineering industry.
  • Familiarity with common aerospace assembly and inspection tools, including torque wrenches, load cells, feeler gauges, calipers, and multimeters.
  • Proven experience assisting with writing technical work instructions related to Environmental Testing (preferred).
  • Experience working in an Aerospace cleanroom environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of advanced electronic circuitry.
  • Experience using electronics equipment (e.g. DMMs, power supplies, DAQs, etc.).
