Actalent is seeking a Test Technician to perform complex engine and component tests, set up instrumentation, and analyze results to support product development. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced lab environment.
The position requires experience with engines, LabVIEW, and strong communication skills, with on-site work in Kohler, WI’s automotive testing facilities and standard first-shift hours.
Perform a variety of complex tests on engines, carburetors, and components to determine life characteristics and failure mechanisms. Observe and record results of tests and contribute to the team responsible for leading innovations by supporting the engine and engine component product development process.
Test Technician
The team operates within traditional hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but there is flexibility within the first shift.
This is a Contract position based out of Kohler, WI.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
