Ultimate Staffing in Camarillo is seeking a Test Technician to perform circuit testing, setup, and troubleshooting under supervision. You will verify product performance to defined test criteria and record data accurately.
The role requires reading blueprints, basic electronics, and experience with oscilloscopes and meters. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and work 6am–4:30pm, Monday–Saturday, in the aerospace environment.
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour DOE

Schedule: 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Saturday
Responsible for: Testing of product components and parts; along with performing other basic sub-assembly test procedures and equipment setup under supervision. Functionally verifies product performance to the defined test criteria.

Operates a variety of mechanical/electrical and small precision hand tools to test parts and sub-assemblies for final assembly. Performs equipment set-ups, both testing fixtures and equipment, along with filling out test data accurately and effectively.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch and reach with hands and arms, climb or balance.
Must occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
