Job summary

VeSync is seeking a Test Technician for our on-site team in Anaheim, CA. You will process returned products, perform functional and diagnostic tests, and record results to support quality engineering.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product testing or QA, understand testing equipment, and can follow established procedures with meticulous documention. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred.
• 2+ years in product testing, quality control, or similar role.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to follow testing protocols and document results accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process returned products and prepare for testing.
• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests based on set procedures.
• Record and report test results with accurate data.
• Assist in root cause analysis by providing testing feedback, photos and videos.
• Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot product issues.

What you will do at VeSync:

• Process returned products and prepare it for testing.
• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on products based on set procedures.
• Record and report test results, ensuring all data is accurate and comprehensive.
• Assist in root cause analysis by providing detailed testing feedback, photos and videos as evidences.
• Ensure that testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

What you bring to the role:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in electronics, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in product testing, quality control, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of testing equipment and tools, with the ability to perform standard diagnostic procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recording of data.
• Ability to follow established testing protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.

Location:

• This is an on-site, office-based role in Anaheim, CA.

Salary:

• Starting salary: $28.29/hour
