The Douyin Research and Development Middle Platform team is mainly responsible for the quality construction of Douyin, CapCut, Toutiao, NovelToon, Douyin Finance and other products, and provides all-round, in-depth and efficient solutions for quality, experience and safety.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Analyze model performance and conduct root-cause analysis of defects, summarize evaluation insights to support model optimization and version iteration.- Explore scientific, scalable evaluation methodologies and technical systems for scenarios including LLMs, multimodal understanding & generation, Agents and world models.- Continuously track and research cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices in the large model field, and implement innovative solutions in evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.Preferred Qualifications- Solid foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, with hands-on algorithm experience related to large models.- Capable of applying algorithm capabilities to real evaluation scenarios; proficient in Python, with experience in evaluation framework design, training and deployment of evaluation models, or delivery of evaluation systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to deeply troubleshoot issues arising from large model training and application, and independently explore viable solutions.- Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive at work. Able to collaborate smoothly with team members to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and drive technical advancement.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
