Responsibilities

The Douyin Research and Development Middle Platform team is mainly responsible for the quality construction of Douyin, CapCut, Toutiao, NovelToon, Douyin Finance and other products, and provides all-round, in-depth and efficient solutions for quality, experience and safety.

• Build the development of large model evaluation technologies; design and implement solutions tailored to real business scenarios to continuously improve professionalism, stability and efficiency.
• Take charge of evaluation framework design, as well as the training, deployment and tuning of evaluation models. Analyze model performance and conduct root-cause analysis of defects, summarize evaluation insights to support model optimization and version iteration.
• Explore scientific, scalable evaluation methodologies and technical systems for scenarios including LLMs, multimodal understanding & generation, Agents and world models.
• Continuously track and research cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices in the large model field, and implement innovative solutions in evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Preferred Qualifications: Solid foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, with hands-on algorithm experience related to large models.
• Capable of applying algorithm capabilities to real evaluation scenarios; proficient in Python, with experience in evaluation framework design, training and deployment of evaluation models, or delivery of evaluation systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to deeply troubleshoot issues arising from large model training and application, and independently explore viable solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive at work. Able to collaborate smoothly with team members to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and drive technical advancement.
