Job summary

Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) seeks a contractor to advise on planning test activities and to assist with cost estimates for RDT&E programs at Eglin AFB. You will interface with test teams, develop documentation, and coordinate resources to meet objectives and budgets.

Strong communication, organizational skills, leadership ability, and a current U.S. SECRET clearance are required, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in a related field with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Active U.S. SECRET clearance required and ability to pass a background check.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning of test activities and assist in developing test plans.
• Support, conduct, and evaluate time and engineering cost estimates.
• Coordinate scheduling of resources and track expenditures through completion.
• Represent GMRE on master planning boards and technical program reviews.
