Job summary

GMRE seeks a contractor to advise on planning and provide performance estimation for test activities across research, development, testing, and acquisition programs. The role includes coordinating resources, tracking expenditures, and supporting planning boards and conferences to refine test plans.

Required are 3–10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant discipline, along with an active U.S. SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–10 years of experience with Bachelor's or Master's degree in the applicable discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Active U.S. SECRET clearance and subject to a government security investigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on test activity planning and provide PE for cost estimates.
• Coordinate resources, track expenditures, and assist on master planning boards.
• Interface with test teams, TEs, and TW support organizations to develop test documentation.
• Represent on master planning and technical program review boards to refine test plans and discuss policy, management, responsibility, test methods, facilities, time-phasing, and technical capabilities.
