Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC is seeking a Test Planner and Manager (TPM) to lead the design of end-to-end test strategies and architectures across DoD and national security programs. You will translate operational needs into structured test plans, define MOPs/MOEs, and align modeling and simulation with physical range methods.

The role requires navigating regulatory gating, coordinating with vendors and government teams, and delivering decision-ready evidence to accelerate fielding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant test planning and full lifecycle T&E experience within DoD or national security domains.
• Experience with non-traditional acquisition pathways (CSOs, OTAs) and governance frameworks.
• Engineering literacy in a relevant discipline (e.g., Aeronautical, Electrical, Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field).
• Deep working knowledge of military and federal regulatory processes (airworthiness, spectrum, safety, cyber certifications).
• Outstanding executive writing, briefing, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end test strategies translating operational needs into structured test plans.
• Embed T&E requirements and milestone evidence into non-traditional acquisition pathways (CSOs, OTAs).
• Navigate regulatory gating to secure early approvals across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, Program Managers, and Service test organizations to deliver decision-ready evidence.
• Draft clear, technically sound test plans and executive-level documentation.
