Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Test Operator to verify products in the Test Cell and follow customer test criteria. You will handle test procedures, software, and diagrams to ensure accurate results for production volumes.

The role requires adherence to procedures, proper labeling, and timely communication of test data. Starting pay is $15.50/hour with a Friday noon finish and a $500 hiring/retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
• Willingness to follow procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work with small hand tools and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Functional test and verify electronic assemblies.
• Use of procedures, test software, diagrams and other documentation.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling and status of tested parts.
• Use of hand tools (screw drivers, trim pot tools).
• Use of diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Accurate paperwork and data reporting to supervisor.
• Operate Windows-based computer systems.
