Flex is seeking a test operator to join its manufacturing team in Austin. You will test electronic products, components, and systems for electrical continuity and function across various platforms and stress chambers.

Demonstrates manufacturing line skills. Demonstrates detailed manufacturing line knowledge and may lead process. Has awareness of Flex technologies/techniques.
Able to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads, and supervisors of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Can perform analyses/ work using some independent judgment. Decisions affect team.
Typically requires moderate amount of supervision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical.
