Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Test Methodology Engineer to join our Santa Clara team. You will transfer GPU/AI server products from design to mass production, define and support ATE test programs, and collaborate with overseas manufacturing to improve yields and reduce costs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 3+ years in semiconductors; proficiency in C/C++/Java and Python, Linux, and knowledge of DFT methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
  • Knowledge of silicon verification, testing and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for the next generation of GPUs and AI server products.
  • ATE test method code development and debugging
  • Scripting and automation tools development and debugging
  • Actively participate in cross function team including Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to efficiently debug any product failures and implement optimal solutions
