Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a creative ATE Test Engineer in California to transfer GPU gaming and compute products from design to mass production. You will work with overseas manufacturers to improve yields, test coverage, and reduce costs while building high-quality server products.

You will define and implement ATE test programs for GPUs and AI servers, code test methods, and develop scripting/automation tools. Collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience
• Knowledge of silicon verification, testing and manufacturing
• Advantest 93K ATE platform knowledge essential
• Proficiency in Linux and C/C++/Java and/or Perl/Python
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork across continents
• Experience with SRAM testing and 2.5D/MCM assembly
• DFT techniques: SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, IOBIST
• AI in ATE testing familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for GPUs and AI server products
• ATE test method code development and debugging
• Scripting and automation tools development and debugging
• Collaborate with Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to debug failures and implement optimal solutions
