Mercury Systems is seeking a seasoned Test Chamber/Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs for the Torrance facility. You will drive KPI reporting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and quality teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electronics/manufacturing and 6+ years in electronics manufacturing, including 3+ years leading teams. Strong problem solving and Excel skills are essential.
Manage/Support all test-chamber activity for Torrance facility including overseeing product troubleshooting, equipment repairs and services, establish & maintain test capacity, the calibration of all manufacturing equipment, and communication/develop of KPIs.
